HOW TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER

STEP 1: REQUEST A QUOTE

Before making a purchase, please contact us through our store's contact form to discuss your desired crochet item.

Provide as much information as possible, including the type of item, preferred colors, approximate size, design references, and any special requests.

STEP 2: RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM QUOTE

After reviewing your request, we will provide a personalized quote outlining the total project cost and estimated completion timeframe.

All pricing must be approved before payment is submitted.

STEP 3: COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENT

Once your quote has been approved, return to this listing to complete payment using the quantity selector.

Each quantity unit represents $20 USD toward your approved commission total.

For example:

• $20 quote = Quantity 1

• $60 quote = Quantity 3

• $100 quote = Quantity 5

• $160 quote = Quantity 8

• $200 quote = Quantity 10

DO NOT PURCHASE WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING AND APPROVING A QUOTE.

Purchasing one payment unit does not entitle the customer to a completed custom crochet item. Your order must reflect the full quoted amount before production begins.

This listing is exclusively for custom crochet projects.

Examples of eligible commissions include handmade crochet cardigans, sweaters, scarves, hats, accessories, dolls, plushies, and other approved crochet creations.

Knitted items are not included in this listing.

Customers interested in custom knitted scarves, hats, baby blankets, or other machine-knitted or hand-knitted items should use our separate Custom Knitting Commissions listing.

If a customer requests a knitted version of an item originally quoted as crochet, an additional fee may apply for changes in production methods, materials, labor, or design requirements.

Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before proceeding. No additional fees will be charged without customer authorization.

ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL

PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT.

Because all crochet commissions are individually made to order, the following policies apply:

• All custom commission purchases are considered final once payment has been accepted, except where refunds or cancellations are required by applicable law or marketplace policy.

• Customer-requested cancellations or changes of mind after payment are not eligible for refunds.

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for changes in personal preference, incorrect customer-provided measurements, or buyer's remorse.

• Please verify all design details, measurements, colors, and specifications before approving your quote.

• Once production begins, design changes may be declined or may require an additional approved fee.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or differs materially from the approved commission details, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and marketplace policies.

Every commission is carefully handcrafted, and completion times vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and existing commission orders.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be identified during the quoting process or checkout.
